Sr. Accounting Analyst

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintains records of day-to-day financial transactions by validating documents; posting transactions and reconciling balances.
· Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
· Balances accounts by reconciling entries.
· Maintains historical records by filing documents.
· Prepares appropriate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information.
· Communicates with vendors and employees on a daily basis through verbal and written communication.
· Monthly closing Journal entries for sales, purchase, AR cycle.
· Maintain records of inventory change.
· Perform other duties as assigned by accounting manager.
· Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account information and updates for each call and/or e-mail received
· Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned

Required Skills and Experiences:
· Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & US GAAP.
· At least 2 years’ degree in accounting & 2 years of experience.
· Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table is mandatory).
· Close attention to detail.
· Strong ability to analyze information
