Ravenswood Studio Inc. (RSI) is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager (MM) to join our team! The MM will be responsible for ongoing and increased lead generation through brand awareness, the development and implementation of an integrated marketing plan, and respond to and manage responses to new project opportunities. As the Marketing Manager, you are an integral part of the company’s ongoing growth and success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

  • Charged with developing, implementing, and managing a fully integrated marketing plan for RSI

  • Develop yearly budget for all marketing and business development efforts and be fiscally responsible to adhering to plan

  • Responsible for all marketing, documentation, and public relations for new project openings

  • Advise and collaborate with graphic design team to develop new materials, images and multi-channel content to support BD activities

  • Create a marketing calendar, and ensure it is updated and adhered to

  • Increasing our marketing efforts relevant industry events

  • Develop and manage social media strategy and implementation

  • Review, development and maintain all new and current marketing information to determine the success of past efforts and create new efforts

  • Develop and manage client outreach strategy and program development, thought leadership content and programming

Business Development

  • Develops and maintains institutional knowledge; gains a comprehensive understanding of Ravenswood Studio’s portfolio of work, areas of expertise, capabilities, and clients, coordinates client mapping to identify relationships

  • Manages CRM information; organizing and overseeing all databases, templates, and business development related tracking documentation

  • Proactively identifies/develops and coordinates new business opportunities; tracks current projects, incoming leads and follow-up

  • Develops and tracks success metrics against new business strategies for constant improvement, tracks pursuits win/loss rate, analyzes pursuits performance trends, analyzes competitor and client behavior; provides pursuit debrief intel and real-time communication to show what we need, when and why

  • Work with internal staff to develop strategies to increase BD strategies with existing clients

  • Attend ongoing and regular weekly/monthly Networking and association meeting/events

    Pursuits/Proposals

  • Manages project proposal lifecycle, content development and responses while working with senior leaders to gather needed/relevant content and drive the proposal process

  • Leads proposal strategy and planning sessions; Researches, organizes, and writes qualifications submittals; creates and manages schedules for RFP responses

  • Works with project teams to develop interview presentations, including custom PPT documents

  • Maintains RSI proposal information integrity and quality management; ensures cohesive brand compliance through all pursuit/proposal activity

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related field

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in Marketing, Communications, and or marketing management in the business to business market

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Impeccable organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; advanced ability to write convincingly and edit critically

  • Ability to think conceptually and to convey complex ideas through both written and visual methods

  • A flair for creativity and effective communications across a broad spectrum of media including print, websites, blogs, and social media; and excellent reading comprehension and copy-editing skills.

  • Excellent eye for detail; must have a strong sense of accountability

  • Needs a strong understanding of business to business consumers and market dynamics with an understanding of the company culture and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a professional business environment.

  • Must present a professional appearance.

Software Expertise

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point

  • CRM platforms such as Pipeline Deals

  • Video editing experience a big plus

  • Basic web knowledge WordPress

  • E-marketing platforms such as MailChimp
