As a Inside Sales Coordinator You will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 yrs. of Customer Support experience in manufacturing, have strong attention to detail, and a willingness to follow through to ensure tasks are completed successfully. Proficient computer skills and MS Office are required.
As a Inside Sales Coordinator You will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, tracking sales and ensuring customer details are correctly entered into the CRM
- Answer incoming sales calls, forwarding the information to the appropriate territory manager, and providing technical information to customers when possible
- Supporting your customers, both internal and external, throughout the sales process (from quoting to delivery to aftercare)
- Completing new vendor forms and RFQs
- Ensuring the proper stock/inventory movements are performed
- Additional Administrative tasks will include, but are not limited to; e-mail correspondence, preparing purchase orders, preparing and analyzing sales and quote reports, and assisting in training new territory managers
