Compensation:

  • Real Estate Lead Manager who meet/exceed company quota will have On-Track Earnings of $50,000+in Year 1
  • A base salary draw + commission
  • Accelerated Compensation Structure. $70,000+/Annual Income Can Be Obtained By Top Performers

Compensation:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Answer/return phone calls from seller leads
  • Collect and enter lead/property information into database
  • Schedule appointments for sales team
  • Follow up with and manage current and past leads
  • Assist in generating new leads through online ads and outbound calling
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for company scorecard
  • Assist in administrative and team tasks
  • Be challenged to reach your goals
  • Be challenged to grow and think outside the box
  • Be asked for your opinion on how the business can grow
  • Collaborate daily with a fast paced team
  • Bring New Ideas to the Organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work full-time. Schedules can be somewhat flexible with advancement.
  • Background and track record of success in selling is preferred.
  • Clean background check required
  • Drivers License Required
  • College Experience Preferred, but not required
  • Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in person
  • A Real Estate License is not required
