In this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic Go-Getter. The Investment Sales Specialist will be responsible for presenting and selling investment opportunities to a robust network of Real Estate Investors across the country.

As the key contact within our business for investors, the Investment Sales Specialist will foster and grow investor relations by establishing trust and building rapport with investors interested in the Montgomery area market. The Investment Sales Specialist will be responsible for evaluating investor needs, as well as analyzing and offering new real estate opportunities to improve investor asset portfolio performances

Responsibilities
• Build and foster relationships while providing 1:1 concierge services with investors, potential investors, and the investment community to facilitate future business.
• Continually analyze investor inquiries to develop efficient processes to resolve and eradicate investor concerns in a timely manner.
• Take the initiative in generating new leads and relationships through outbound calling and networking activities.
• Stay updated and informed on the local real estate market to be aware of current local real estate trends
• Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
• Maintain and exceed company-designated KPIs
• Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team

Qualifications
• A high-performance mindset.
• Natural deal maker and negotiator.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in B2C sales or Real Estate preferred.
• Highly motivated to reach set targets and goals.
• Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
• A clean background check required
• Drivers License Required
• College experience preferred, but not required
• Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person
• A Real Estate License is not required
