Manager Customer Success

We are looking for a Manager or Sr. Manager of Customer Success with a background in delivering excellent customer experiences in a high-growth setting -- ideally for tech platforms with thousands of users. This person will be responsible for managing and developing a team of onboarding and renewals specialists as well as our scaled customer engagement programs and customer engagement team.

The key metrics for this role are focused on user engagement, CSAT, and retention.

RangeMe is a leading Product discovery platform connecting retailers and brands. We work with over 175,000 emerging and innovative brands and connect them to leading retailers like Whole Foods Market, Albertsons/Safeway, Sephora, and thousands of other large and emerging retailers.


  • Drive value and increase adoption of RangeMe for both our supplier and retail customers

  • Support and manage different customer engagement programs from start to finish

  • Own the scaled customer experience including onboarding the 7,000+ new suppliers that sign-up each month while keeping them educated and engaged via webinars, email campaigns, in-product messaging, etc.

  • Deliver a great customer experience across the entire lifecycle for our freemium suppliers from sign-up through upgrade and renewal

  • Manage a team of high-performing onboarding specialists focused on our Premium, paid customers

  • Partner with our Director of Account Management to support our largest retail clients

  • Lead our small, but energetic renewals team to support our customers at the end of their annual subscription

Your Previous Experience

    • 5+ years of proven success as a Customer Success Manager, Engagement Manager, or Renewals Manager ideally at a technology company

    • 2+ years of people management experience

    • Demonstrated success working with a scaled customer experience growing adoption and retention

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

    • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and strive to achieve goals

    • Experience with Salesforce and exposure to marketing automation tools
