Baker at Range Café Coors

Range Cafe in Albuquerque, NM is looking for one baker to join our 74 person strong team. We are located on 10019 Coors Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Baker a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $20.00/hour.
