Receptionist Administrative Assistant
Do you have receptionist and Administrative Assistant experience? A large manufacturing company is looking for a receptionist who will support multiple departments for their North Fremont, CA location and is willing to train a qualified candidate who is coachable and has a great attitude!
This role will primarily be answering incoming calls and will be cross trained to provide administrative support to their customer service, accounting, human resources and other departments. The ideal candidate will have receptionist and administrative experience, including handling heavy incoming phone calls and filing, and must be a quick learner who is looking to expand skills through on the job training and coaching.

Pay: $18-20/Hour D.O.E.
Located in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
  • Greet incoming visitors and notify correct employees of people visiting
  • Proofread all documentation that is shared with clients, employees and potential employee
  • Assist with day to day operations of multiple departments and projects, as assigned
  • Assist with event and travel scheduling, vendor management and provide support to HR and other departments as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
  • Errorless proofreading abilities
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Experience in administration
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great communications skills

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of receptionist, customer service or related administrative experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to multitask and handle frequent interruptions
  • Demonstrated strong oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and in professional manner
  • Strong adherence to company policies, including but not limited to time and attendance
