4. Pay Rate: $15/hr ($15.50/hr Bilingual Spanish)
5. Contract Length: 8/5/2019 - 12/31/2019 (chance of extension)
6. Hours: 8 hour shift between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
1. Provide a high level of customer service support when handling customers??? questions/complaints in respect to defined benefit pension and/or health and welfare plans.
2. Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations (responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments)
3. Demonstrate flexibility to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities
4. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements
5. Proficiently translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon.
6. Read and understand client???s plan documents, amendments or online knowledgebase tools, etc. Collect relevant information, determine immediate requests/questions and also anticipate the future needs of the member
7. Maintain diplomacy and tact while dealing with upset or escalated callers
8. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate information
9. Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes
10. Respond professionally to customer inquiries/complaints received via phone, email or other communication channels
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Entry Level
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years' experience providing customer support within a call center setting
