HR Program Manager - Junior
job summary:
Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: organizational design/development, talent management, employee relations. Provide strategic and operational HR consultation to ensure goals, priorities and actions are aligned with business needs and HR practices. Participate in decision-making regarding people and organizational needs, issues or planning. Develop and implement solutions to organizational and people related challenges based upon HR expertise and in-depth understanding of the business and HR policies and practices. Identify business needs and partner with functional group peers (e.g., staffing, compensation, benefits, talent development, business training) to ensure we are developing appropriate products, tools and solutions. Provide ongoing feedback and input into the design and implementation of HR programs.
Familiar with audit testing and monitoring with financial regulations.
