This is a 100% remote Customer Service position! (must live local to pick up equipment)



  • Represent Health Plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature and to respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers
  • Promote, ensure and provide customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills that are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service
  • Evaluate data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery

Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Required Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience, Call Center experience preferred, Health Insurance experience a plus.

Work Hours: 8 hour shifts available, 5 days a week between the hours of 7am – 9pm

One weekend shift a month required, (Saturday 10am-7pm).  Will be given a day off during the week to compensate.
