Customer Service Representative
Seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to work at a Manufacturing Packaging and Container company in Buena Park answering inbound calls from customers. Want this person to be hard working with an outgoing personality and is really Customer Service oriented. The work environment is very family oriented and everyone gets along with each other. If you enjoy working in an environment like this and love Customer Service then this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for taking inbound CSR calls answering customer questions about product, inquiries, updating customer account information and so on. There are times that you may take escalation calls so need to be able to handle escalations with a calm and professional demeanor. Because you are handling customer calls you must have a professional and personable personality while presenting yourselves to the customers.
Working hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
