We are hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TO WORK WITH CREDIT CARD CLAIMS in the bank's Hillsboro, OR location.
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Three schedules available for the next training class
9-530, M-F (SAT/SUN OFF)
630-3, M-F (SAT/SUN OFF)
9-530 TWRF, 7-330 SAT (SUN/MON OFF)
Training starts 10/24 - Hours of training are M-F 8AM-4:30PM PST. No time off allowed during training.
Credit Card Non Fraud (CCNF) - handling high volume of incoming calls daily (about 50 calls per day, can increase or decrease depending on volume)
CCNF example - I ordered a green sweater but got a pink one and the retailer won’t refund my money so I call the bank to dispute
Will not handle fraud work, should they encounter a fraud call, they will transfer to the appropriate team
Only taking claims submitted through the phone, not looking for cases via other channels/queues
May have to make calls to retailers or business partners with customer on the phone
Please ensure talent are aware that this is a call center environment and ensure they know that will require them to be tied to a phone and graded on schedule adherence.
Qualifications: No job hoppers
MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE
6+ months min of the following experience:
#1 preference - Call center, phone experience, customer service (retail is ok) or hospitality/food service (servers, hostess)
#2 preference - college athlete or even just a student with some relatable experience that also was able to hold a job while going to school
MUST HAVE SKILLSETS
Tech savvy - lots of programs/multiple screens while talking to customers
Strong multitasking skills - will be expected to take calls/take notes simultaneously
Reliable and able to adhere to attendance and punctuality expectations
Analytical, independent worker, decision making
The manager is not a micromanager - important they are self-starters + independent workers
