I am recruiting experienced Administrative Assistants for our client, a World-Class Leader in the healthcare industry in Hillsboro, OR. 5 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Pay: $20.00/per hr.
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124
This is not a remote opportunity- you must be able to work onsite in Hillsboro, OR
What you will be doing:
Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
Follow-up via phone and email to provide information and resolve problems
Document all information into the internal databases
Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Requirements:
At least 1 yr. of call center experience/answering heavy inbound call experience
Able to work within the operating hours (Monday through Sunday 7am to 7pm)
Excellent customer service skills
Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
Able to type 30+wpm
