Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
• One (1) years customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
Pay & Shift:
• Pay: $15.25 per hour based on experience.
• Monday through Friday Noon to 9pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
• Shift Duration: 3 Months which may extend further or convert to a permanent position based on job performance and business need.
