Job Description
Problem Solving:

-Able to look at multiple sources of information and identify missing information, incomplete information, and variances in information.
-Comfortable with reviewing large amounts of documentation to pull out particular details while on a live call
-Detail-oriented and proficient typing skills as calls typically require a significant amount of research done via creating detailed tickets on live calls
-Able to assess risk and potential escalations

Learning Agility:
-Extremely agile learning abilities. Able to learn multiple skills and platforms in a short period of time and able to move between multiple tools and platforms on live calls.
-Easily able to process visual and audible information in live-call environment
-Comfortable with change/movement within the team, and at times, on short notice

-Impeccable soft-skills - fundamental understanding of how to build customer confidence, provide empathy, and gain trust through word-choice and tone
-Able to de-escalate multiple callers throughout the day
-Able to effectively and calmly communicate in tense situations with irate customers
-Excellent listening skills, able to pick up on verbal cues and make quick decisions on how to proceed with interaction

-Schedule flexibility - Completely comfortable with working any hours between 8am EST and 8pm EST including Saturdays

As a Call Center Representative you will answer incoming calls, emails and messages from customers in order to educate our customers on their available benefits, connecting them to resources that support their health care journey. In addition, you will document information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions. We are a metric driven team and expect our teams to reach daily activity and quality goals.

***We are currently Working from home but their may be a possibility that we will return back to the office in January 2021. You must be willing to travel to the location to pick up equipment, and/or to exchange equipment when needed. You must be able to work in the office if we return for the new year.***

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM

- Call center experience (2 years preferred)
- Customer Service Skills
- Active listening
- Telephone Etiquette
- Email Etiquette
- Basic Computer Skills
- Typing skills

High School


- High School Diploma or higher (must have)
- Call center experience (at least 2 years)
- Able to navigate multiple systems at a time
