Our Supply Chain Logistic Engineers are responsible for driving production losses to zero and delivering breakthrough results in new product initiatives and material optimization, high-speed picking, packing, and distribution technologies that provide winning product for consumers around the world. Dealing with a multitude of current and future products, Supply Chain Logistic Process Engineers have the technical curiosity and knowledge to develop new approaches to big problems. Your work will require creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
Role Description: As a Supply Chain Logistics Process Engineer you will be responsible for driving chronic losses to zero in a sustainable manner. You will act as a technical resource to:
Identify , prioritize and eliminate process losses
Build process capability & control
Own Process Reliability plans for the line to create and execute Improvement Action Plans
Analyze critical line data to make recommendations for improvement from trends
Master line transformations and their impact to quality and service
Contribute to new product initiative readiness by providing line fit for use requirements to influence early product design
Develop standards and train line technicians for continuous improvement at the line
Lead and build capabilities within Process failure troubleshooting
Own change management and validation processes for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur
Drive productivity and cost savings projects, such as Scrap and Waste reductions
Develop innovative process equipment solutions to deliver superior consumer driven product designs
Participate in Operational Daily Direction Setting Meetings
Own critical daily management systems (running to optimal machine settings)
Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive machine setting determinations and loss elimination
Utilize 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to root cause issues and develop action plans
Lead process benchmarking and reapplication
Develop him/ herself through participating in corporate and external trainings

Job Qualification 5: Operates with Discipline: Learned track record of managing an operation’s results through Daily Direction Setting for PR, Scrap & Waste, ppm defects, etc.
Qualification 6: Collaboration and Communication: Should have the ability to work across functions at all levels to lead and enable problem solving and decision making.
Qualification 7: Compliance Leadership: Proven track record of maintaining and improving Safety, Quality, and Internal Controls.
BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics or have relevant manufacturing/warehousing experience are preferred.
We generally seeks to hire individuals that are in good standing at their university and/or field of study, this typically means people with overall GPA of 2.75 (on 4.0 scale) or above.
Typically, successful candidates have an or are working towards an Engineering degree and up to 3 years full time or internship/work experience in the field. Skills / training / unique experiences required for role.
