We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations department to assist with our production planning and distribution of sports promotions.

responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with On-Air Pro (On-Air Promotions project management and work order software) and our internal cloud system serving as a promo library and also as a delivery system to Technical Operations Center and other affiliates) for the Marketing Operations department.
  • Coordinates a high volume of promo deliverables to ensure network standards are met and that all projects are completed on time and delivered according to internal/external media plans. This involves closely reviewing all creative for tagging and delivering to TOC, production, RSNs, cross channel and internal/external partners.
  • Enters On-Air Pro workorder information outlining promo deliverables, lengths, tags, backplate information and due dates for department. Review and distributes programming schedules and updates.
  • Verifies that information on the cloud system is accurate and that finished spots have been uploaded properly before final delivery to internal and external partners. Performs a review of spots for accurate tagging prior to delivery.
  • Submits promos internally to Standards and Practices for review and approval.
 
qualifications:
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast television, marketing, or advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferably in broadcast/cable television, marketing, production or sports.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Content Pilot/iNEWS, On-Air Pro, Adobe applications is preferred.
 
skills:
  • Good organizational skills, knowledge of sports, attention to detail and creative problem solving are needed.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high pressure environment is also required.
