Would you say you have experience providing world-class customer service? We have a local clothing company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast-paced environment where you will be creating customer orders, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers over the phone and chat. The hours of operation are 6:00am to 8:00pm (open every day of the week) and our training class is Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - Must be able to attend the entire training week.
Duties include, but are not limited to, answering inbound calls with customer inquiries, processing orders, replacing defective product, tracking shipment, answer product questions and build outfitsSkills
