Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a full time temp to hire opportunity for a valued client in the Youngstown, OH area. This position has a lot of growth opportunity and is looking for a driven individual.
- Accounts Payable
- data entry and basic administrative duties
- answer/field calls
- File paperwork and documents
- Send internal and external emails
- Provide information to customers on pricing, order status
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use and navigate through Outlook
- Must be able to multitask
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with AP/AR
- Experience with Payroll
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties
- EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING SETTING IS A MUST.
