A Government Agency in Downtown Phoenix (85007) is looking for a hardworking and dedicated a Compliance Customer Service person to join their growing team. This is a long term contract 6-12 months in length.
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The salary is $16.92 an hour
The Compliance Customer Service Representative is handling inbound calls related to tax compliance, delinquency and general information requests and inquiries related to Taxpayers accounts. The Compliance Customer Service Representative includes verifying, updating, making payment arrangements, assisting with self servicing options, documenting information into multiple systems as necessary and providing professional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound tax compliance, web assistance and delinquency calls.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Communicate effectively both written and verbal

- Be able to do mathematical computations.
- Be able to use basic computer (such as Excel and Word).
- Handle changing priorities to meet required deadlines.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2 Years inbound Call Center Experience
- Bilingual a Plus
- Associate Degree Preferred
