Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Display empathy for customers’ issues and emotions while also being consciousness of their time.
-Use your keyboard skills to successfully communicate with live customers via the chat function, and explain the root of a customer’s issue clearly and concisely.
-Manage incoming chat questions from customers and use analytical thinking to trouble shoot problems, then effectively demonstrate the course of action that will be taken to resolve them.
-Warrant customer satisfaction by always putting their needs first and demonstrating your support for them regardless of the situation.
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Able to work in a fast paced team environment
-Strong phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
-Great organizational skills
