The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from consumers, answering questions, taking detailed notes and updating accounts. The office environment is upbeat and welcoming. Experience with high volume of incoming calls would be a plus. An outgoing and friendly personality is a must coupled with working weekends!
*Please note that this is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity!
-Answer inbound calls from customers
-Address issues, answer questions, and taking notes.
-Input all information into database system
-Prior customer service experience - call center, retail, food service, etc.
-Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
-Friendly and upbeat demeanor
-Must be available for second shift (3pm-11pm) and weekends!
