I am looking for a part time assistant to help in the day to day tasks of running a growing real estate business. I am looking for an unlicensed assistant who can help with marketing efforts / customer service / and database organization. Duties include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, drafting advertising copy / promotional material / daily lead prospecting / submitting listings to mls service / creating blogs / researching comps / client follow up / assemble documents for sellers and buyers / be part of networking events. Could be a great position for student or stay at home mom. Position is part time with possible growth into full time if desired.
