Pest Control Specialist

Pest control is an industry in which you can start as a trainee and in a short period of time empower yourself as a leader, who is out there helping people improve their quality of life every day.

This position consists of:

Industry-specific training is provided, as well as structured support to help you become a licensed Pest Control Operator through the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Applicants do not need any prior knowledge or experience in pest control in order to be wildly successful here. All training and equipment are provided, as well as a take-home truck, company cell phone, and all other necessary supplies. Proper maintenance and care of service equipment and vehicles are key components of this position.

You will work with new clients, current clients, and potential future clients. RTPC office staff prepares your daily schedule for you. All you need to do each morning is pull up the app for the notes and address and then drive from your house to your first service location.

Standard working hours are 8AM until 5PM Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday. Overtime is often available but not required.

Our main office is located in Puyallup but we are looking for people who live anywhere between Seattle and Olympia. With a take-home vehicle in your driveway there is no need to report to the office each morning, and we try to keep our employees as close to home as possible to save time and gas, and to maximize efficiency!

Starting wage is $18 to $21 per hour (DOE) plus monthly sales commission bonuses and annual hourly wage increases.
