Managed Services Support Desk Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Desk Analyst to join our team and solve computer-related issues for our awesome clients. Compensation depends on experience/certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical assistance to users experiencing issues with the following:
    • Computer hardware and peripherals
    • A large variety of software applications
    • Email
    • Printing
    • Smartphones and tablets
  • Provision and deprovision users
  • Use and update documentation system
  • Track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Helpdesk or other Desktop Support experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft/Office 365
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft/Office 365 certifications strongly preferred
  • A strong prioritization of cybersecurity and best practices is a must
