Job Title: IT AdministratorLocation: Auburn, CAJob Type: Full-TimeFLSA Status: Salary; ExemptReports To: Senior Operations ManagerTravel: Yes, travel is expected for this position (1% - 5% on average).Supervisory Responsibility: NoCompensation: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.Job Description:We are seeking an IT Administrator to support Field Services and Training Services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT's, as well as Railroad Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants alike.Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science (Preferred).Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.Required Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.Key Success Factors: Accountability: Accept full responsibility for self and contribution as a team member. Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.Job Duties: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all systems. Source and recommend changes or improvements to systems. Identify cyber security threats and mitigate risks.

Design and architect system components. Train users on various systems. Analyze systems data and report findings.Work Environment:This job operates in an office and field environment.The IT Administrator will be based at the defined location.

However, travel to other offices and to field employees will be occasionally necessary.Work Schedule:This position has normal working hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, totaling a regular 40hour/week.The IT Administrator may be required to be on call at times, to work
