Trajectory Team is ready for expansion and accepting like-minded agents ready for growth! We are looking for established agents seeking growth opportunities or newly licensed agents working full time with the ability to do the following:

• Advise and guide clients through the home buying or home selling process.
• Meet with clients to determine their financial situation and property needs, then make recommendations based on this analysis.
• Evaluate the real estate market, including recent real estate transactions, comparable properties, and the local area.
• Make recommendations on sales price and purchase price to clients.
• Work with appraisers, inspectors, loan officers, and others during the home buying or home selling process as required.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Promoting properties through marketing ads, listings and open houses.
• Preparing contracts, rental agreements, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

• Must maintain an active Real Estate license.
• Have a valid state driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Ability to work productively in a remote environment.
• Goal oriented individuals.
• Enjoys working as part of a team!

Negotiable based upon experience.
