Radiophone is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be part of a professional and dynamic B2B technology sales team. The ISR will be responsible for driving net-new business through comprehensive, proactive remote sales engagement within vertical markets including K-12, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, construction, secondary education and retail. The ISR will grow volume of our traditional, market-dominating voice products, as well as adoption of emerging technology solutions from our broad data and video portfolio. The products and services you will represent are widely accepted as “best-in-class” and most are #1 or #2 in U.S. market share.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

· Identify, develop, and close new commercial sales opportunities, grow incremental revenue within existing accounts through additional technology and service offerings, and manage ongoing customer relationships.

· Work closely with company technical personnel and management to develop and close opportunities.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for customer sales call quantity and quality.

· Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

· Learn and leverage multiple remote prospecting methods, databases, applications and tools.

· Use a CRM daily to document and manage your sales activities, and to forecast sales opportunities monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

· Navigate customer- and industry-specific sales processes including procurement, capital budgeting, operations, and support.

· Leverage in-company and external support resources.

· Ensure customer satisfaction with all accounts and all relationships.

· Complete other tasks and responsibilities as required.

· Participate in annual company Task Forces that are focused on Radiophone’s 3 Core Elements for sustainable business success.

· Contribute positively to our company’s culture.

 

As a key member of our Staff we will support you with:

 

· Competitive Compensation Package consisting of base salary, monthly sales commissions, and goal-based quarterly and annual bonuses. Annual base salary increases can be earned and are based on goal attainment, overall sales performance, and progress on development plans discussed and implemented in previous reviews. Note: By 6-months OTJ, our minimum monthly sales commission expectation for this ISR role would be $2,000.00, plus additional bonus commission opportunity by achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.

· Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week, most weeks.

· Opportunity for daytime FLEX hours, understanding that all customer calls must be made between 7AM – 7PM CST, M-F, and coordinated appropriately for U.S. Time Zones.

· Easy-to-use CRM’s and other organizational tools and programs.

· Company phone system, ERP, CRM, and other key databases that are cloud-based for maximum access, productivity, and flexibility whether at the office or working remotely.

· Microsoft Surface Book laptop.

 

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years minimum TeleSales experience (not telemarketing), preferably B2B, with a verifiable track record of achieving goals and growing period-over-period revenue.

· Interest and aptitude for technology.

· Highly competitive; Goal-, achievement-, and incentive-driven.

· Self-motivated; Ability to manage time and day-to-day responsibilities without supervision.

· Ability to develop, navigate and achieve both short-term and longer term sales plans.

· Anticipatory, proactive, and urgent in addressing all customer-related issues or follow-up items.

· Adaptable and able to deliver sales results across prospects ranging from SMB to Fortune 50 size organizations, and decision makers/influences ranging from entry-level management to C-Suite, with wide-ranging personalities, styles, opinions, and motivations.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Proficient with MS Word, Power Point, Excel, CRM’s, Videoconferencing, and the Google Apps for Business suite.

· Experience selling technology hardware, software, or services, a plus.

· Experience selling into multiple vertical markets a plus.

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
