Who we are looking for:

The Marketing Ops Manager is an ideal position for someone who has a passion for marketing, data, and is driven by improving KPI’s.  This new role will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and will be responsible for managing the operations of our media buying department.  It will be working collaboratively with other internal marketing team members and will be instrumental in growing the optimization of our products.


  • Setup new advertising partner campaigns using internal tools and test setup to determine correct functionality.
  • Design, test, and monitor the creation of new landing pages and product pages
  • Monitor the performance of running campaigns for budget and quality of each advertising partner while focusing on optimizing KPIs.
  • Work with marketing team to setup new marketing partners and test user acquisition flow to ensure correct setup.
  • Setup A/B tests of running pages and make changes based on results of A/B tests to increase and optimize KPIs.
  • Assist Marketing team with setup for tracking, measurement, pixels, and ad serving implementation.
  • Work with sales and account managers to help setup campaign tracking based on advertising partner specification.
  • Work with Business Intelligence (BI) Team to ensure reporting is up to date for running campaigns.
  • Take on additional technical tasks as needed and be willing to assist with evolving projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in a digital media role - preferably marketing a direct response product
  • A drive and passion to exceed goals!
  • Data driven mindset with desire to dig deep into data
  • Basic technical understanding of how pixels and URL tracking parameters work
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar operations role which required set up of advertiser campaigns
  • Experience running A/B Tests
  • Experience working in ad tracking and ad serving platforms
