SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the development, delivery and execution of B2B and B2C digital marketing activities and strategies including Social Networks, Email Campaigns, Lead Generation, e-Commerce, Mobile, SEO, Web and more. The DMS will be responsible for discovering, empowering and driving connections between brands and customers using digital media. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Sales and IT to create, execute and evaluate inbound marketing and digital media strategies that emphasize the strengths and opportunities of Radians by increasing brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs for B2B and B2C, leveraging social media, SEO, web analytics, eMail, content development, online advertising and more.
Develop and deploy emails for internal and external use with segmented email lists
Maintain email contact lists for employees and various sales channels
Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage and share results across teams.
Manage and analyze leads from digital advertising channels and increase conversion activities to drive qualified leads
Assist in content management, design, marketing, tracking and analysis of website, e-Commerce, social media and more.
Negotiate and manage digital ad buys
Develop and coordinate webinars for training and marketing with sales team
De-Construct competitive best practices in digital marketing and create benchmarks.
Develop and deploy customer surveys, and analyze results, for market research
Spot digital trends and understand customer behavior, matching these with brand desires to create beneficial opportunities and solutions.
Work closely with web developer to continuously improve search engine optimization (SEO).
Wide ranging analytics and data expertise to determine the ROI on digital marketing efforts.
Social networking: Determine strategy, provide content and manage social networks.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies, social media tools and digital marketing industry best practices for inbound marketing and analytics.
Manage multiple projects and tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge in digital and online media including websites, e-commerce, SEO, social media, email marketing and analytics.
Knowledge of marketing automation software (Hubspot)
Experience implementing inbound marketing and/or digital strategies
Experience negotiating advertising programs
Exceptional communication and team skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing time
Project management skills and the ability to work with outside vendors
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt as job and/or organization change
Basic photo/video editing ability is a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, communications, e-commerce, digital media or social media; 2-4 years experience in advertising/marketing or related fields.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business literature and/or training materials. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Must have the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationship and communicate with persons outside the organization in a professional manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts to solve problems. Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and proportions to practical situations.

Must have demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
