You will be given full autonomy to replicate our proven model in the Nashville market – the 10th wealthiest community in the United States. You must be comfortable with business risk and expect to be highly compensated for driving outcomes. You must love analytical problem solving, and have the skills to turn up the charm to get people on board. This is a fast-paced, high-octane culture where true talent will thrive, and not be squelched with big company, Wall Street bureaucracy.

Our independent advisors provide strategic counsel and support to affluent families, successful business owners and family offices.

We are a multi-custodian, hybrid RIA and advisor-owned Broker-Dealer based firm that believes in giving our advisors complete relief from the vertical constraints that limit your ability to deliver world class solutions at the best price. We allow you to act as advisor-manager or use or proprietary portfolios (managed by our in-house CFA) if your desire is to be asset gatherer. Our portfolios are available within our OSJ and on AssetMark, Pershing, Schwab and Fidelity all with multi-platform account onboarding, billing and trading. We have full access to BNYMellon Bank’s services so we can fully handle client liability side management.
We do not require employment contracts and all advisors are treated as top performers and receive very competitive payouts. No strings ever…you own your clients (yeah really), your data and you are welcome to define your succession plan as you wish.
You will be responsible for growing the local branch (located in one of the 10 most affluent communities in the nation) both in number of qualified advisors and total production. You will mentor and lead 3 existing advisory team members with varying experience levels and skill sets.
We are looking for a top performer who desires the freedom and platform to demonstrate what they can do and we are willing to pay for that performance via top payouts and branch overrides.
The candidate should posses at least 10 years relevant financial advisory experience along with demonstrated knowledge of alternative investments and advanced concepts, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Master's degree in a related field plus all required Federal and State registrations (FINRA Series 24) preferred and a clean U4.
