Our growing company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan and execute the delivery of various IT/OT scopes of work to our customers.

Role Responsibilities
Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff
Maintains timely response to customer inquiries and engages appropriate resources as needed
Oversees the day-to-day resource workflow
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports
Accomplishes IT/OT staff results by communicating job scopes of work deliverables; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Performs other related duties as assigned
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Preferred Experience

Matrix environment experience
Proven success in managing efforts in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Understanding of information technology procedures and practices
Energy, especially utility-scale renewables, industry experience strongly preferred

Required Qualifications & Education

3 years of technical or IT-related project management experience

Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to clearly communicate, verbally and written, with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
CAPM, PMP or related certification from Project Management Institute preferred
3 years of technical or IT-related experience
Proficiency with M365 product suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and writings and convert into actionable work breakdown structure
