Summary
Need a payroll specialist responsible for processing the organization’s payroll and complies with payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records. Audits payroll information for accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Participants in problem solving and special projects within the payroll department.
For example Data bridge issues, PTO issues, etime issues.
Ensures payroll-related transactions are processed in compliance with external and internal policies.
Administer Time and Attendance System through ADP to ensure all associates are paid accurately.
Audits time worked inputs for calculation, coding or other errors.
Oversees payroll adjustments, including PTO and other voluntary time off, retro payments, pay cards.
Fields and responds to payroll inquiries and resolves discrepancies.
Phone calls, emails.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and coworkers at all levels of the business.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Upholds knowledge of rules and laws which govern the policy of the payroll administrative practices.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Payroll Specialist
A bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
Previous experience in processing payroll and payroll data compilation is required
