Business Process Consultant (Senior)

RTH Solutions LLC, a certified minority and women owned business, is recruiting for a Business Process Consultant (Senior).

Duties: Develops business requirements and business processes re-engineering methodologies. Solves application and process related problems by creating detail process and system design specifications; and works with other areas across the business units to support a total solution approach. Communicates business requirements for reports and applications development. Facilitates collaboration within and across business units and across IT functions. Resolves problems and improves business units technical environments.

Manage cross-functional process improvement projects. End-to-End Process Mapping / Value Steam Mapping. Interviewing internal and external resources to identify pain points and process details. Root cause analysis and align solutions to IT/Business Strategic Roadmaps. Coordination of organizational change management.Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge, technical and best practice models.

Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field. An MBA or MPA is preferred.

General Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in business process re-engineer, process improvement, process modeling / data modeling, BPMN 2.0 lean or six sigma experience. Experience using Process mapping tools such Visio, Lucid Chart, or Signavio.

Certifications:

• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Business Analysis (IIBA, CBAP, CCBA)

Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in reengineering large scale business processes.
