Now hiring for Lodging Support Agents (Customer Service) for two classes of 17 on February 3rd and February 10th (tentative)
We are interviewing all week!
Location: Springfield, MO
Hours: 4 weeks of paid training M-F 9 to 5:30 PM, after that must have open availability for shift bids!
(Shifts can be as early as 6 AM but no later than Midnight)
Pay: $13.50 an hour starting
• Handling inbound phone calls while providing great customer service
•Dedicated and compassionate in handling escalated issues and working closely and professionally with other departments for the best resolution.
•Versatile in managing multiple software programs while conversing with all types of support staff.
•Must be able to professionally speak read and write English.
•One year or more of solid customer service experience providing support and/or help. (can be retail, not just call center)
•High School Diploma.
•Strong Passion for Customer Service.
