Janitorial Custodian

The Royal Group of Atlanta has immediate openings for a janitorial/custodial worker that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for janitorial/custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Essential Functions: Perform general cleanup of all areas of buildings and grounds; Cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas; Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting); Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal polishing); Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas); Other cleaning and organizing duties as Assigned.

Qualifications: Janitorial experience is preferred but not required; Passing a pre-employment background screening required; Willingness to work early morning or evening shifts any day of the week; Must be able to work in an outdoor/indoor environment; Capacity to take directions; Strong attention to details.
