ROMCO EQUIPMENT COMPANY has supported the biggest names in the Texas construction and mining industries by filling their heavy equipment needs since 1961.

ROMCO is currently seeking an experienced and driven Heavy Equipment Sales Rep to join our team. This individual will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities for the Carrollton, TX branch in the Dallas/Fort Worth Territory. The ideal candidate will live in or around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

ROMCO EQUIPMENT COMPANY sells, and supports a wide range of products, including: Volvo (wheel loaders, articulated haul trucks, excavators, and soil compactors), Hitachi (excavators, mining shovels and rigid haul trucks), SDLG (wheel loaders), KTEK Earthmovers, and Genesis and FRD attachments.

Self motivated individuals seeking a challenging career with great earning potential are sought to join this dynamic, growing organization. Must possess aggressive and efficient territory cultivation/management skills, excellent written/oral communications skills, and be familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures generally accepted within the field of heavy equipment sales/leasing.

Duties will include selling, renting, or leasing new/used equipment to new prospects and existing customers within the Dallas/Fort Worth territory.

Requires a minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of experience in sales within the construction equipment industry or in a related area.
