Roborock Customer Service (English)

ROI Solutions in partnership with Roborock is looking for agents with excellent communication, phone and customer service skills to join our growing elite team with Roborock.

If you have a passion for and have a high level of customer service work, get satisfaction achieving personal goals and team goals. If you are a team player, can take on special projects, and are looking for room to grow then this may be a perfect fit for you.

We are looking for mature, self-motivated, well-spoken, well-written detail-orientated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with one of the fastest growing robotic vacuum brands in the world. You will be contacted by existing customers and interested parties, with questions and issues regarding our products. You will be guiding these contacts through a variety of issues that range from tracking down orders, to initially setting up the product, to technical issues that could end up in need of a warranty replacement.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with multiple clients and multi-task
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • General computer skills, M/S Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, CRM
  • 30 plus wpm typing
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent

·        Excellent customer service attitude.

·        Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional

·        Friendly, confident and a self-starter

·        Strong verbal and written communicator

·        Positive and quick troubleshooter

·        Interested in, and familiar with, electronic products (i.e., Play Station, Xbox, PCs, Alexa, and other Smart Home devices)

  • Outbound email experience a plus
