Full Job Description Rogers Accounting is seeking a talented and enthusiastic graphic designer to join our team at the intermediate level. This position will require you to work closely with the creative director on a variety of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that only the highest-quality deliverables are presented to the creative director and our clients. We are a small, agile team that is rapidly expanding, so there is ample opportunity to advance your career and assume new responsibilities as you work with us. You'll be a suitable fit if you: Possess an exceptional eye for detail, such as when a 2 pixel line would appear better at 1 pixel (and a slightly lighter shade of grey) Have a solid comprehension of and interest in contemporary web design and trends, and strive to create designs that are ahead of the curve. Are proficient in HTML/CSS, Wordpress, and Bootstrap, and comprehend the significance of mobile optimization Possess a keen sense of typography, document hierarchy, and color theory. Understand the differences/problems/solutions between B2B and B2C design and marketing. Able to give and accept constructive feedback, as well as work collaboratively with other designers, account managers, copywriters, and developers. Are proactive in completing tasks, are not susceptible to rabbit paths, and keep project scope and budget in mind at all times. Specific Requirements: Must Haves 3 Years professional design experience Capacity to accept initial direction and independently develop a concept Solid foundation in fundamental design concepts, including grid layout, typographic layout, and hierarchy. Extensive familiarity with Adobe software: InDesign You comprehend the distinction between paragraph and character styles, as well as how to properly apply both, and the significance of establishing proper grids and master pages.
