Marketing and Account Coordinator

Marketing and Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Speak to inbound leads and pass along to the appropriate point of contact utilizing a variety of tools: email, phone, webchat
  • Research accounts
  • Educate prospects about infection prevention
  • Maintain customer records in Salesforce and our Marketing Automation Platform ensuring database accuracy and integrity
  • Help create and maintain performance reports
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to identify opportunities for message refinement, support material and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in additional tasks as needed

Marketing and Account Coordinator Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree from a Four Year University
  • One to three years of experience in customer support, marketing or inside sales
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Personality traits we are looking for: Optimistic and energetic, Eager to help others, Outgoing, Organized and diligent, Manage time efficiently, Smart and willing to learn
