Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist:
- Process and prepare membership renewals and records
- Ensure membership is properly categorized to obtain member benefits
- Updating membership database
- Process membership payments
- Resolving member issues and inquiries
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience (association and/or customer service experience preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills to include mail merge, spreadsheet formulas and database queries
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Desire for some minimal travel
