Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist:

  • Process and prepare membership renewals and records
  • Ensure membership is properly categorized to obtain member benefits
  • Updating membership database
  • Process membership payments
  • Resolving member issues and inquiries

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of professional experience (association and/or customer service experience preferred)
  • Strong MS Office skills to include mail merge, spreadsheet formulas and database queries
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
  • Desire for some minimal travel
