Job Overview:

Our tech company is growing and searching for a tech savvy, details-oriented, Customer Success / Account Analyst to help us manage our renewals. This job is suited for those who like following a repetitive process and like to stay organized. We have 500+ customers that need to be renewed each year. Discipline and diligence are key to your success in this role and growth within the company.

Responsibilities of the Client Success Analyst:

  • Ensure on-time renewals of 30-50 customers per month by scheduling renewal calls via phone and email
  • Coordinate, schedule, and correspond with customers and internal team over the phone and via email
  • Manage expectations with customers and assist with questions, comments, and concerns
  • Work closely with Account Management team
  • Continue to nurture customers year-round via LinkedIn
  • Understand our product, it’s features, and uses to knowledgeably review benefits with customers
  • Drive retention by leading review calls and identifying areas of improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Client Success Analyst:

  • Completed 4 year Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
  • Must be able to demonstrate detail-oriented behavior with prior work history
  • Basic software proficiency (MS Office, GMail)
  • Use of a CRM such as Salesforce a nice to have
  • Prior experience working with non-profit membership associations a nice to have
