Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Support the leasing and delinquent account department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage lease discrepancy projects from start to finish
  • Research and update client and carrier information as needed
  • Assist with updating and documenting data and client info
  • Assist in follow-up and paperwork
  • Analyze lease contract documents for discrepancies
  • File, bind, and release documents to local court systems as needed
  • Follow up with delinquent accounts vi phone and email correspondence
  • Perform other duties as required


Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, external partners, and clients
  • Ability to manage and diffuse irate and distressed customers
  • The ability to work effectively independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
