We are looking for a quick learner and energetic representative to assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, managing conference rooms, interacting with vendors and much more! You will work across departments and build a strong foundation for day-to-day operations. We are a fast-growing property management company with a newly renovated office and are excited to add to our team!
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
Answering phones and assisting with back-up reception
Coding invoices and performing data entry
Assisting with generating expense reports
Ordering Items and materials from vendors; doing research on potential vendors
Assisting with event planning
Light errands to be run in the local area
Some experience with Excel is a plus
Qualifications of Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Strong customer service skills
Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), a plus to include Lync and Skype for Business
Professional attire, since this position will be working around our C-Suite staff, a high level of professionalism is required
Strong, flexible, and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - can communicate with all levels
Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet agreed upon deadlines.
