Job Description

RMJ Technologies (RMJT) is looking for a self-starting, organized, and team driven person to join our team as a Government Implementation & Support Specialist. RMJ Technologies is a Fleet Optimization company that specializes in reducing fleet liability and risk, and increasing fleet operational efficiencies and safety. We do this through the use of various solutions including telematics data, vehicle camera systems, sensor solutions, and integrated driver training.

Position Reports to: Project Coordinator

Work Schedule: Full Time position (40 Hours per Week) Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Location: Remote

Compensation and Benefits:

Core Responsibility:

Collaborate with numerous team members to ensure the success implementation (account setup) and customer support of government clients. Government clients include State, City, County, Water, and School entities.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Know and be able to explain RMJ Tech Products and Services.

· Provide exceptional customer services to all RMJ Tech customers, prospects, vendors, partners and employees. Maintain solid relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

· Document all operational activities as they pertain to RMJ clients into RMJ’s CRM Program.

· Actively promote a cooperative/positive team spirit and respect the diverse contributions of teams, partners and networks.

· Understand and assist customers with product implementation. Work with the Project Coordinator, Installation Team, Training Team, External Partners and Accounting to ensure successful completion of all aspects related to customer implementation.

· Utilize internal customer support ticketing system to address customer requests for support and customer service issues. Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expedite corrections and adjustments, and follow-up to ensure resolution.

· Perform quarterly Customer Account Retention (CAR) calls and schedule customer service meetings with clients as directed.

· Work with client to build custom reports, notifications, and dashboards within their account, utilizing advanced excel skills.

· Work with client to facilitate the setup of advanced integrations with third party Fleet Management Solutions.

· Work with the internal team to improve operational processes.

· Provide Product Training to Customers as needed.

· Adhere to all company, partner, and client processes, policies, & procedures.

· Analyze data and provide feedback to internal team, partners, and clients.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

· 5+ years of customer service experience required.

· 1-2 years of experience in working with CRM a plus.

· Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP Functions, Pivot Tables, Arrays, Records Macros, General Formatting, etc.) required.

· Experience in working with government entity a plus.

· Ability to convey technical processes to business partners in a clear and meaningful way; comfortable with various types of technology including hardware and software. Ability to assist clients with software integration.

· Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create trust with customers, vendors and partners.

· Accurate and precise attention to detail required; Highly organized multi-tasker.

· Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize.

· Understands and adhered to data confidentiality requirements.

· Ability to learn quickly and execute company processes efficiently and thoroughly.

· Research, investigative, and analytical skills required.

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic.

· Must be detail oriented, well organized and be able to work on multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Team oriented and results driven. Self-Starter and comfortable working independently with little supervision.
