What does a Customer Service Representative at {rlcs} do?

A customer service representative for {rlcs} will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and help customer’s check in and out and deal with any issues that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • You must be genuinely excited to help customers. These are traits we are looking for: Patience, empathy, and passionately communicative.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers. You are the face they first meet and you must be confident and friendly.
  • Problem-solving should come naturally to you.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Responsibilities list:

  • Manage incoming calls as well as the front check-in.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Handle inventory
  • Provide light housekeeping (emptying boxes, trash)

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong skill set when working with computers, CRM software experience a plus
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Willing to work on alternating Saturdays
