Willing to travel to Springfield and Loranger clinics as scheduled

Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, obtain medical history, enter relevant info. in EMR
Ensure all related reports, labs and information are available prior to their appointment
Measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature;
Document all information in patient’s chart
Obtain specimens, process and document
Setup exam room, clean between patients
