This is a very exciting Remote role in the Wisconsin area for a fast growing company:

Role: IT Business Partner

Direct Hire (no sponsorships)

This role will be the IT Business Partner for a large and growing supply chain company. It's a remote role but there is travel required within SE Wisconsin and northern Illinois to meet clients.

The IT Business Partner reports to the IT Manager and is focused on the development and management of business partnerships with the designated Operations regions in North America.


  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business leadership and teams
  • Lead and guide the business on aligning business strategy with IT strategy and initiatives
  • Provide knowledge and expertise to business and client stakeholders for business case development
  • Foster continuous service delivery optimization and improvement in support of KPIs
  • Identify resources and sourcing of service management operations support
  • Implement planned activities according to roadmap for organizational excellence in the application of ITSM services, procedures, and tools
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT structure to provide direction to Operations and IT Team/Developers/Contractors at locations in assigned region
  • Report performance against established KPIs
  • Embrace the processes and organizational structure of the IT Business Partners team


  • 5 - 7 Years of IT and business / industry work experience
  • Experience with and knowledge of IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environment
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in business systems, process planning and service requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action
  • Ability to understand and communicate the lifecycle of technologies and applications and to translate into business strategies for the client organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy-to-understand business terms
