Summary
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Monday-Thursday 8:30 am -5:00 pm. Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm
The Customer Service Representative I ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and tracks customer orders, works to resolve any delivery issues.

Customer Service Representative II Duties
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet call handling and order entry quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records and track the pricing for customers a
- Review Deduction Lists, Credit Report, and Pricing Over-Ride Report
- Communications with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders
- Work closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment
- Expediting Reports (back orders/open orders)
- Track status of products and stock requests with Purchasing team
Customer Service Representative II Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer support experience with like or similar products, preferably in a distribution environment.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system
